GobalPOPs is a Wholesale Dial-Up Internet Service Providers that provide dial-up Internet to regional and national ISPs such as AOL, Earthlink, and United Online.

GlobalPOPs provides and establishes the Internet connection between the user and its banks of modems using the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Currently, GlobalPOPs is one of two remaining providers and currently is the only provider in 25% of the United States.

Today there is still exists 100 million hours per month of dial-up Internet traffic, making it very relevant in the United States due to its size. Many remote areas depend on Internet dial-up connections because broadband and cable are rare in remote areas with low population numbers.
